1 ripe banana, peeled
2 teaspoons of instant coffee powder, use espresso if preferred
300ml low fat milk

#2: The Strawberry Liberate Special Banana Smoothie.

100ml of Vanilla yoghurt low fat.

1 medium sized Banana
2 large leaves of Swiss chard.

1 Orange (peeled)

1 coarsely chopped pear

3 tbsp. ground flaxseed
100ml water (optional)
